 1. SOA WSDL Caching

1. oracle.as.soainfra.config->Server:aiaSvr#1->SoaInfraConfig->soa-infra->Operations->validate 2. oracle.as.soainfra.config->Server:aiaSvr#1->SoaInfraConfig->soa-infra->Attributes->UddiCacheLifetime    -> There is Attribute "UddiCacheLifetime" defining the external WSDL cache time.
